Eines der Hauptargumente, das von Bitcoin-Bären angeführt wird, ist, dass die führende Krypto-Währung unter dem Hauptwiderstand von 10.500 US-Dollar bleibt.

$10.500 ist der Wert, bei dem der BTC-Preis während zweier entscheidender Rallyes in den letzten 12 Monaten abgelehnt wurde: einmal während der „Xi Pump“ und ein anderes Mal während der Rallye im Februar auf $10.500.

Die Tatsache, dass BTC aufeinanderfolgende Takes auf diesem Niveau gemacht hat, ohne es zu durchbrechen, deutet darauf hin, dass sich der Krypto-Markt immer noch in einem Abwärtstrend befindet.

Robert Sluymer von Fundstrat Global Advisors beispielsweise äußerte sich kürzlich wie folgt zur Bedeutung des Niveaus:

„Nächste Richtungsänderung für BTC’s auf dem Hahn, da die bull-bear Verurteilungen kurz davor stehen, getestet zu werden. Bären können auf den Abwärtstrend bei 10-10,5K hinweisen. Bullen haben den langfristigen Aufwärtstrend (200-Wochen-Sma) im Rücken und die Widerstandsfähigkeit der vergangenen Woche, da die BTCs sich schnell von ihrem 200-dma erholten.
